Non Profit Step 3 does not work
A solution: Wait a few minutes before entering the code.
I wish I were kidding. I put in a ticket, and the next day Support called me and had me go through the registration process while we were on the phone. When I got to step 3, he asked if I had received the code. I confirmed I had. He told me to wait a few minutes. We wait in silence. Then he says, "That code should work now." Lo and behold, I enter the code and it works. I ask him if he did anything on his end. He says no, just that the system needs a few minutes to update on the back end before you enter a code. I suggested through gritted teeth that perhaps they should not send the code until it's ready, or update the back end so it makes the codes valid more quickly. Who knows if they will actually do it.
