Non Profit Step 3 does not work
Hi, I tried to create an non profit account but I got stuck in step 3 the verification with SMS/Call. It does not work on two different computers with different browsers and I also tried 4 different ...
I've opened a ticket and got a response. The information in the ticket is just like "have you tried turning it off and on again".
I'm not sure why but today I got the confirmation SMS when I used Google Chrome.
In the phone number field i entered my mobile number without any leading signs or zeros.
I hope that helps anyone.
