Non Profit Step 3 does not work
Hi All,
I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing the same issues despite my colleague Kenelle’s suggestion. Since this seems to be a problem specific to certain areas, I highly recommend opening a support ticket through our https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus page.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Click the link and type "support ticket" in the "How can we help?" box.
- Provide your organization’s information when prompted.
- In the "I am a..." field, select Prospective Nonprofit Customer.
- In the "What can we help you with?" field, select Registration.
This will ensure one of our backend agents can investigate why you’re unable to register as expected.
The link does not work and I can find no other way to get to the correct page. Please can you provide the correct link so that a ticket can be submitted.
