Microsoft 365 Global Admin Account Recovery

I hope you have been able to resolve this. You'll find many similar stories just by googling it (there's a couple of helpful Reddit threads).

To save this happening again in the future, it is highly recommended to create one or two emergency 'break glass' access accounts. These can be used to regain access to your tenant when your primary administrator accounts are locked out.
