License Requirements for Fundraising & Engagement

Hello   Is the Dynamics Marketing license required for Fundraising & Engagement? Pricing datasheet indicates its optional, but during setup I'm being required to purchase. The Marketing license is ...

Hello BillGVPAF 

The Dynamics Marketing license is option for Fundraising and Engagement whic is used for marketing journey as Personalize outreach to donors and volunteers with pre-built, customizable marketing segments, email templates, and constituent journeys.

Thanks for the reply. This screen indicates Marketing is required...perhaps there is a setting I have chosen which makes it a pre-requisite? Appreciate your guidance

    Hi - if you've selected "Add all Nonprofit Solutions" or Constituent marketing journeys, it will check for Dynamics 365 Marketing. Please uncheck those and you'll be able to proceed without the Marketing dependency.

      alex_kasavin_msft we're having that issue as well for a client. Are you able to uncheck those items when you are installing from the wizard? That seemed to be their challenge.

        DevinDukes you can click Skip to proceed without selecting the optional Marketing component. This will avoid the dependency check:
