I am a Program Director for a non profit organization supporting Homeless Veterans. I am tech savvy and have gotten our staff to adopt, Sharepoint, onedrive, and Teams. We have Business premium licenses and it would be nice to get a custom built app for case management/reporting dashboards so we could track all of our grants/participants.

Sounds like you've set up a good tech foundation!

Power Apps would be a good platform to create a custom-built app for your purpose. If you're tech savvy, go along to an 'App in a day' course and you might get inspired to try building it yourself: Microsoft Events Search
