Grant seeking, applications, and grants management systems
I know many here are responsible for seeking and applying for grants. What is most burdensome or challenging about the process for you? And do you have thoughts on how AI or tech in general could help or do better? How should grants management systems make the process easier for you?
Sam_Caplan, I believe grants management systems should be integral to the entire process and lifecycle of a grant to include all incoming and outgoing grant initiatives, management of grant funds and integration with the ERP system, and managing the reporting requirements for both recipients and grantors. Additionally, if grants are ongoing, and must go through a renewal process, the system should be able to initiate the renewals, present the documentation needed, maybe even automatically based on the reports, and allow for seamless renewals.
