Goodstack-Validated Nonprofit Rejected After Forced Resubmission — No Escalation Path

That’s a frustrating situation, especially since the resubmission happened because of Microsoft’s own system issue and the alternative email was reportedly approved by support. The biggest problem seems to be the disconnect between the original Goodstack validation, the forced resubmission, and the second validation decision.

For nonprofits, having a clear audit trail of verification and a genuine escalation path is important. It would be helpful if Microsoft could review the original approval and the support instructions together rather than treating the resubmission as an entirely separate application.
