Hey Duncan, my organization has only recently looked into Dynamics Sales CRM for a separate project. It seems like it has potential, especially considering how it is all integrated with the Office 365 platform, but you provide some great insight with your experience.
I feel like throughout the Microsoft platform, the benefit is noticeable if you have skills across all apps, which can be difficult to build throughout an organization. Always happy to talk more!
