715-123195 Error - can't get help

I'm getting this error. By the looks of the rest of the forum there's some corrupted record for our account. I raised a ticket a week ago but there isn't a way to follow this up. Does anyone have a support number where I can reach Microsoft on this? If I use the online chat it just wants to raise another ticket, which seems a bit pointless.

I get that support for this stuff is light but anyone know how long I might need to wait?

  • That error sounds like an eligibility/account record issue, so the fix probably has to happen on Microsoft’s side rather than something you can correct locally.

     

    I’d keep one support ticket open and add the exact error code, tenant domain, nonprofit approval details, screenshots, and the date/time you hit the error. Ask specifically for an eligibility record sync or escalation to the nonprofit onboarding/support team.

     

    Opening lots of duplicate tickets can sometimes slow things down because the history gets split. If chat only creates another ticket, I’d reference the existing case number and ask them to update/escalate that one instead.
