Upgraded to MS Personal but still showing on Forms as not upgraded

I cannot reproduce the issue with my personal account. Could you please check the following steps for a quick validation on the Forms portal page https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?

  1. Click on the user icon on the top right corner to extend the user profile and confirm that the logged-in account is correct.
  2. There should be no "Go premium" button next to the user profile icon.
  3. Click on "Explore templates" to extend the templates, and you should see "Premium templates". Click on it to access and use these templates.
