    I think Microsoft broke something. They need to fix it asap.

Anqi Du This problem has just hit me this morning. "This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information" -across every single one of my forms. I have tried deleting questions. Deleting text. Adding it back in  - I simply had a question for a persons name. All to no avail. All forms are now blocked from seeing the responses (the pink bar across the top).

HELP!!!! - I am using a 365 account.

    I just removed the word "password" and the form is fine.

      mlidke  having same issues with form ... error message stating form cannot be distributed ... just noticed error message on 9-27-2019.  please advise asap
