Please could you help me with my form. I am a teacher and am setting a mock exam for ICT. There are questions regarding data and passwords however i have changed all of the words that I thought might be an issues. Thanks

  markedwardford Can you PM me the form id? Also, if you are using forms with your organization id, please talk to your admin to help you out for the form

Hi all,

For all the impact form, can you please add a space in any of the form definition and delete it (This will trigger a save of the form) and the system will re-evaluate the form, then the issue should be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  Yao Ke I am still having this problem with some of our forms. I have already done the add/remove words and questions but this persists. We still need help ASAP as we use these forms for new hires and terminations with our clients.

You may need to modify a field to get it to clear the error.

  I tried modifying a field as well as signing out & back in, neither worked.
  
  I added a new field and then once I removed that field the error went away. Thanks!
