- I think Microsoft broke something. They need to fix it asap.

Yao Ke My admin has had a blockand can't see where to unblock the sharing of my quiz.
Can you send me (or her indeed) a few hints where to look please?

Anqi Du I'm have the same problem. I don't see the particular message that you are referring to in the previous posts. I did receive a Phishing message. But when I follow the link to review the form, it take me to an errors page. Is there another way to review the form. I've attempted to do so through the form it self.
For anyone having this issue, I solved mine. I have several forms used for quizzes at an IT shop to onboard new employees. Apparently the word "password" causes the form to be automatically blocked. This is a bit frustrating as many of our quizzes ask about appropriate password policies/use. So I changed all the words "password" to "pw" and the issue is gone.
