Survey emailing automated custom reports

Hello, I am new to the Microsoft family and searching for some hints and suggestions.

I need to create a survey which outputs a graph with 7 different size shapes, which adjust their sizing depending on the results from the survey and mail this result back to the participant.
The survey has 7 groups of questions (corresponding to the 7 shapes) with 4 questions each. The average of each group adjusts the size of the shape.

So far I am exploring a Forms -> Automate -> Power BI solution.
