Sorting Answers In Alphabetical Order On Forms

There has been an update recently where I can no longer scroll whilst holding a newly inputted answer. It instead just scrolls down the page and I can't see where the new option is?

Is there a way to automatically sort into alphabetical order or stop the whole screen from moving whilst scrolling.
