Recording who submitted the form from outside the org.

We're creating a form for people outside of the organization to fill out (using the option to record the name by making the form inside the org. only would defeat the point of this project).

I have name and company name as required fields in the form. Is there any way I can tie the answers provided in those fields to their submission as a whole so that in the reporting it shows who submitted what response without pulling an export?

Right now, we have to pull the export to see the name/company name field for each submission which makes the response page useless to me (which is a bummer because it's pretty cool)

unfortunately no. The recommendation is to do it as you described. You need to include the required name questions and then do the mapping yourself at analysis time. Some people use excel formulas/scripting, or PowerAutomate (Flow) to automate this process, but this option is not built into forms directly.

    Thanks,
