Ranking Survey on MS Forms

Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me if MS Forms will allow you to create a Ranking Survey from 1 - 15.  I only have the option to go from 1-10, but I have 15 items I need customers to rank and can't seem to find a way to increase the levels?

    Ciara_nagle no, 10 is the maximum.

        Ciara_nagle maybe a likert question would work for your scenario?
