Multiple email response in forms

Hi there,

 

I am looking to create an automated response to some drop down boxes on a form i have created. I have 1 text box i will need to send the email to and then 2 drop down boxes and 1 choice box. Is there a way i can allocate each choice an email address and then send a group email to them all when the form is submitted?

    AWGB1 not just with Forms on its own, there's no functionality for that. You would need to build a flow in Power Automate. This would be quite simple if the choice question didn't allow multiple selections, but I assume your choice question does permit multiple selections. That makes the flow considerably more complicated. I'll give some thought as to how the flow would look and will post back as soon as possible.
