MS Forms shuffled questions

Hi,

I created a quiz with 70 questions and printed it in PDF.  When I went back into the quiz, it shuffled the questions from question number 52 - 70 automatically.  I did not use the shuffle option (it is not active anyway) and it did the same to the template form as well as the 2 copies I made.  I have tried moving the questions to correct places using the up and down arrow (move question), but this does not work.  I need the questions to be back in the correct order, but cannot move the questions and why would it shuffle them?
