Move form from MS Forms (free) to Customer voice
Is there a way to move a form from the free version of MS Forms to Customer Voice

Just found it.
Have the ability to import or convert existing forms already created in Microsoft forms into Surveys in Microsoft Forms Pro
Tricky to find if we don't know that Dynamics 365 User Voice is originally Forms Pro.
