Microsoft forms truncates the numbers in a submission

Hello,

I use Microsoft forms to gather data from a network of retail stations, and recently I have noted that some responses are deleted from the submission, for instance, the station enters a value of 3590 and the forms records 359 instead. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you.

Limo_Elijah I've never seen Forms do that, are you sure it's not user error?

      RobElliott Hi Rob,

I am certain it is not a user error; we have done multiple trials and we get the same error once in a while.

It is not an error, I have experienced it too and on multiple occasions. First time was yesterday when I added restrictions (requiring a number be input) to an input field on a Microsoft Form. It truncates the last value, e.g., 17 was truncated 1 and 27 was truncated to 2.
