Microsoft 365 office survey

I have a Microsoft office forms account and I used it to do a survey. Total responses expected was 232. All the participants in the study have intimated that they completed the survey. However, I was able to receive only 200 responses. I realized it was a free account. so I upgraded my account by going premium for 1 TB. Ior my study. Does the account get automatically upgraded to  a paid account ? How do I get hold of my remaining 32 responses. Guide me
