Hello, Is this mail really belongs to Microsoft or is it fraud! email address removed for privacy reasons
It asks me to pay a sum to confirm a shipment knowing that I have not bought anything from Microsoft!

This is definitely a scam , Microsoft does not send such notifications, in such a way, unfortunately in your language people are often attacked in this way, the actor impersonates Microsoft!
MohSa86 I'm not quite sure what this has to do with Microsoft Forms but if you've not ordered anything from Microsoft then it's a scam. It also has spelling and grammatical errors which is another clue. Don't click on any links.
