How to show the course enrollment instantly?

Abbey1175 there is no way you can do any part of this with Microsoft Forms on its own. You would need a flow in Power Automate to check the registrations against a list in SharePoint and if the count was more than 20 send an email back to the submitter saying "Sorry the course is full", or if there are spaces then send a different email saying "You are registered....".
If the course participants are all internal to your organisation you could do what you want with Power Apps.
