Forms vs Forms Pro
Does either Forms or Forms Pro automatically translate to languages offered or must the creator input questions in each individual language?

Have you tried the Multilingual option to give responders one or more languages to choose from?
In your form, click onto ... and then onto Multilingual.
Hope that does the trick?
