Forms: Add another person to edit or see
Would be good if you could invite other people to Edit or even just see answers, like a colleague or partner.. Hope it can be added! (:
I also look forward to this scenario. My use case is having a colleague
being able to be co-owner of the form to see results, change the form,
etc.
Along these lines I would like to be able to email Form results to an email address like a ticketing system. Using a form as a new user setup workflow initiator but need it to be able mail results to other email addresses.
Zac Saunderson you can use Microsoft Flow. When someone gives a response to your form, it will send email automatically. You may customize the email to show your form results in the email body.
Just searching to see if this is possible and wow, for something that was important and the top of the to-do list, this surely didn't go anywhere. I would love to be able to allow other party planners to see the list of RSVP's but can't figure out how to do it in my Form.
- Ooops - should have entered here. I too would like/need to allow other staff members access to the form.
