Forms - branches does not work with all answer options
Hi all,
I want to create a form with branches.
My forms have different answer options. Either it's the selection or a rating or just a text.
I have made a branch on each of these answer options so that the customer is guided from question to question and does not see all the questions directly.
Is it possible that the branching only works with the "selection" answer option? I found that as soon as another answer option (e.g. rating) is in between, all questions are then displayed.
As a test, I created a form with only the "selections" answer option, which works perfectly.

- strange. I have just tried again. And I got the some error. As soon as a text question or a rating questions is between a choice question all following question are displayed.
What conditions do you set on text questions and rating questions? I would like to send a screenshot but here it doesn´t work.
Petra_Kiwi branching works on text questions, rating questions and choice questyions (but not a choice question where multiple answers are allowed).

unfortunately it didn´t work with text questions or rating questions. I tried it several times, as well as with a new forms. No chance - as soon as a text questions or a rating questions is involved all questions are displayed.
A forms only with choice question works properly.
Maybe a error in the system?
