Form URL Link
I have a Form that I created that is for drivers to check in to our warehouse for picking up items.
The issue is we now have drivers that frequently pick up from our warehouse and they are bookmarking the Form and checking in despite not be on the premises. Is there a way to change from time to time the url? I posted just the QRcode at warehouse entrance but Drivers saved the link. Or what can I do to make sure that
- checking in despite not be on the premises.？

I guess you need manually close this MS FORM and generate new QR code.
Do you need the url not work after once visit?
If so,you need your own backend to control it. You can't change the URL but perhaps if the onsite devices were signed into an account on your tenancy, you could enable the option for only people in your org with the link can do the form.
This way the form would not be accessible via any method except for those signed into their accounts (assuming your drivers don't have their own logins).
