Form regarding time blocking and preventing others to select the time
I have a Form which I would like to create for my colleagues so that to identify a meeting room which is either being occupied.

Marc0587 it doesn't seem as though you finished your post. But Forms is not the right app for this: it is a simple form submission app that cannot connect to a calendar to block time or prevent others booking a slot. You would need to use Power Apps with a backend SharePoint list.

- RobElliottSilver ContributorAs I said, you can't do that with Microsoft Forms. All you could do is for your colleagues to submit a form requesting a date and time and flow in Power Automate checks a SharePoint list and sends an email back with whether it's free or not. But that's a slightly clunky option, so Power Apps is your best bet. I built the desk booking app across multiple offices for our company based on the April Dunnam app at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JgvQjQsJa80&t=645s
