Form can no longer be accessed

I created a form on the free online version of Microsoft Forms but it can no longer be accessed by anyone (me or anyone wanting to fill out the form) and I can no longer see the responses.

When anyone tries to access it, the error message comes up: "Form can no longer be accessed. The account associated with this form has been blocked."

The account is not actually blocked though. I can login without any problem. I just can't access this form and neither can anyone else.

Do you know what I can do to unlock the form? Thanks
