Form - multiple entries in same form
I want to have one form, filled out by 3 separate people. Is this possible? Then once filled out, it can be submitted by the last person and sent back to me. I want to use it for feedback on a person so require input from different people before it's submitted. Any help would be helpful
Lisa567 a form can only be completed & submitted by 1 person. What you want to do can't be done with Forms but could be done either with Power Apps or a combination of Forms, Power Automate and SharePoint.
