Expiration Option
Apologies if this question has been asked before but not sure I found related results when doing a search against the forum. We are looking at using Microsoft Forms for creating Polls. Is it possible in adding some sort of expiration option so that after a certain number of days no one will be able in responding to the poll? Thank you!

Hi Juan M Baena
You could try the following:
1. From within your form (which is your Poll), click onto the ... top right of page.
2. In the menu, click onto Settings.
3. Under Options for responses, tick the Start/End date boxes and put in your desired timeframe.
Hopefully that is what you are after!
Cheers and best wishes

I have a Microsoft Form I plan to collect monthly data with. Each month the form will be available for the X days in the month and the link will expire on the last date. If I want to use the same form the next month (because I want all my historical data in one place for reporting purposes) can I just generate a new link to the same form?

Hi JackBridge
If you mean to keep all the data collected each month in a single form (and therefore results in a single Excel doc), I would simply use the same form and link but change the Start and End each month so the form opens and closes at the appropriate time.
You won't need a new link with this method.
Hope that helps.
Best wishes
