Edit Microsoft Forms response template

I would like to edit the Microsoft Forms response when printing individual form responses as a PDF. Currently I get the grey boxed answers with a lot of white space but I was wondering if its possible to design a layout or template for the form so it prints the same as the hard copy form I have?
