Date formatting

I can not find the correct combination to change this so that I can sort by oldest to newest. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks. I just found out recently that the problem is the way Maximo is exporting data & the fix was internal to Maximo. Thanks again for the help.
HarveyS1982 where are you trying to sort this? In the results screen? In the backend spreadsheet?
