classification: General : highly confidential option in Forms

I saw this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/adjust-your-form-or-quiz-settings-in-microsoft-forms-f255a4ba-e03c-4e12-b880-f7e8b62e0665  :Adjust your form or quiz settings in Microsoft Forms states that we can have classification > highly confidential options in form to control level of data protection. below is pic from documenation:

however when I got to forms I don't see any such option. How can I activate this feature?

Do I need a subscription of azure information protection because I tired sensitivity label but it didn't help. Is it an old feature?

    Apologies. That documentation is out of date. Classification labels is something we do want to introduce to Forms later on. I'll get that documentation updated and please keep a lookout for future announcements for this functionality
