Choice/Drop down fields not showing

For a while now when I receive submitted forms and go to responses and view results, the drop-down/checkboxes are not appearing so I can't see the answers. Though when I use the snipping tool I can see they are there and it looks as though they are just too light. I've tried changing the themes
