Hi PatBal!
It sounds like both branches are showing due to an incomplete branching setup. Here’s what to check:
Branching Logic: Ensure that for Yes, the form directs to Q2 and ends there. For No, it should direct to Q3 and end there as well.
Ending Branches: Ensure that each branch ends after the respective question (Q2 or Q3), so it doesn’t continue to the next.
Clear Cache: Try clearing your browser cache, as cached data could affect the form’s behavior.
Retest: Use a fresh link to test the form instead of refreshing the page.
