Assigning the group to a form which already in another group

We have some forms under a group called "Organizations" I am trying to move these forms to a SharePoint folder so that the forms can be sent to external clients. If this is not possible, I also tried to create a group and tried assigning the forms that are already in the "Organizations" group. but i am not able to see the option to do this.

Any help?
