When scheduling Next Appointment in Bookings in goes to a different user

A user schedules a booking within Microsoft Bookings and he tries to schedule his next appointment and when he clicks to schedule it, the bookings page goes to a different staff member and not the one he already had the conversation with. What could be wrong and how could we fix this?
