Unable to cancel a booking in personal booking page
I have no option to cancel a booking in my personal booking page. I have people who have double booked appointments in error and I can't delete one.
I have tried double clicking etc and I do not have the option. Why not???

- LInda_OlandLOlandCopper ContributorI have never found any way to see customers in the Personal bookings page. Nor does it seem to take conflicting events into account. The Personal bookings page seems to be far less robust with fewer controls.
I had created a Business booking page but couldn't add myself as Staff as I am the Administrator, therefore I used the Personal Booking Page option. How can I add myself as Staff on a business page? I have never found any information on dual roles. Is this possible? If so, how? This would solve the problem of cancelling events. - JulianTaylorUCLCopper Contributor

You can only cancel or reschedule from the confirmation email or from the confirmation page after the personal booking.
Otherwise go to 'Customers' and manage their booking from there or via the calendar.
