Single Use Link for services on Shared Booking Page

I need to be able to share a single use link for a specific service from a shared booking page.

I seem to be able to do that from a personal booking page, but not from a shared booking page. 

It's important that the link isn't able to be just shared at scale because people need to have met eligibility to make an appointment.

Is there a work around for this?

Alternatively, is there a way of having a seperate person (e.g. admin) have access to my personal booking page to make or change appointments for me on my behalf, without having my outlook log in details?
