Showing available dates as unavailable

Hi

We have a booking page with 4 services that people can book. Out of the blue, two of the services have become unavailable at strange times and dates, even though nothing has been booked in their calendars, nor have any days off or other events that should prevent availability been scheduled.

I have checked the available working hours for all the services, and nothing should prevent them from being available.

  • Weirdly enough, this was actually the issue. We used business hours, which were set to 00:00 to 00:00, and it was working for months. I had my case with Microsoft, and after almost 2 months, we found the issue, and it was the business hours... I changed the business hours to 00:30-00:00, and now it works again.

Check the "available" time range in the individual service settings. There was a weird thing that happened that changed the time windows of availability. Mine were affected, too.

Thank you, however, we are using the option "Bookable when staff are free".

I have been in contact with Microsoft Support for two weeks now, and they are currently investigating the issue internally. The weird issue is that .har logs from the booking page show the staff members are unavailable because of "OOF, (Out of Office)", even though that is not enabled...
