I know it's been a year since this was posted, but we've started experiencing this same issue to. All time zones are set correctly in Outlook, Teams and Bookings for us and those requesting the booking.
Any solutions to this?

We have the same issue. All time zones are set correctly but the notification emails show a wrong time, 1 hour difference
