Admin Calender -> appointment edit -> customer
click edit again, click customer again and NOW we have all details on this customer.
Overcomplicated. (imagine you plan for 20+ customers a webinar or something and want to check which topic is the most wanted one from the custom questions you have to click around for every customer and make take notes). Btw. email was not mandatory and left blank for this test customer. He ofc gets no email, cant cancel, reschedule, remember the date and gets no information when admin cancels. Yeah sure we can use the Email field mandatory but it should be on by default and explained if tourned off.
Now I booked another customer with email in
This customer now tries to cancel via his email and gets the error again that I wrote about in the other topic.
Anyways back to testing with another date.
And ... another new bug.
Booked. Opened the calendar entry in booking admin and had the details page open :
While open, customer canceled via his Email. Im now unable to close the above shown window. I can close, choose to discard changes and the window pops back open... again and again. When I say Book i've got an "empty" entry in calendar.
It feels like im doing the first software QA pass for Microsoft.
But now I can cancel this one.
So. Fresh start. Selfservice page customer booked. I can see custom field information in the calendar entry. This time im not keeping the window open.
Customer cancels. Calender entry is gone.
Customer is in the "Customers" section of Admin view. Ofc again without the custom field information.
Custom field information is no longer avaible since calender entry is no longer avaible.
I thought maybe its GPDR thing. Customer cancels, customer deletes his information. (Would be understandable since its law but still very bad for our sales).
But can't be if I retain the customer information just without the custom fields.
