Outlook Calendar No Longer Syncing with MS Bookings for One Staff Member

This usually happens when Bookings temporarily loses its connection to a staff member’s Outlook calendar, even though the setting still looks correct. The easiest fix is to remove the person from the Bookings calendar and then add them back, this refreshes the connection and often solves the issue. Make sure their Outlook calendar is still active and shared internally as “Can view when I’m busy,” since Bookings needs that permission to read availability. You can also try turning off the “Events on Office calendar affect availability” option, saving the change, and then turning it back on to force a resync. If everything else looks fine, it might just be a temporary Microsoft sync issue that should resolve after a short time.
