Issues creating QR codes from outlook diary
I am trying to add a QR code to a flyer so that customers can scan and be taken directly to our sales team's booking diary.
I have the link to the booking diary, but when I scan the QR code to check, I am given 2 options:
1. sing in with microsoft
2. Continue as guest
Option 2 is the one I want to use.
When I select option 2, I get an error message saying "This link is not valid, please contact the organiser to check if the URL is correct".
However, If I use the URL that I had plugged in to the QR generator, the link works fine.
What is also odd is the QR code is linking me to the correct 1st page of the journey, it is on page 2 that I am having an issue.

LaurenMurray118 I had the same issue. I asked our Microsoft team if they could implement the same QR generator feature that MS Forms uses. Still nothing.
My solution was, I created a QR Code generator in my Google Drive Spread sheet to generate my own QR codes.
The first column in the spreadsheet contains the autogenerated QR image. The second column is where I put the URL for the Bookings Registration form. For you, it would be your "booking diary" booking page.
I then screenshot the QR Code from the spreadsheet, save it as a .PNG image and insert the PNG image into my flyer(s).
This allows my target clients to use their personal devices to access my bookings page.
Search the web for "How to create a QR Code using Google Sheets." This will provide detailed instructions on what to do inside the Google Sheet. It's not hard. Copy and paste level.
I hope this helps.
