Looks like a duplicate entry of the same booking page got created in the list of booking pages.
Both the tiles are pointing to the same booking page - so deleting is not an option.
We will evaluate this and try to provide a fix which removes this duplicate entry.

We have the same issue in our organization - Bookings pages are duplicating themselves. When I deleted one as an admin, both of them are gone. The duplicates occur quite randomly - sometimes on the same day of creation and sometimes after a few days when a reservation was made.
A fix for this issue would be very welcome, one of our departments decided to stop using Bookings because the mess was too much for them.
