Looks like a duplicate entry of the same booking page got created in the list of booking pages.
Both the tiles are pointing to the same booking page - so deleting is not an option.
We will evaluate this and try to provide a fix which removes this duplicate entry.

- We have the same issue in our organization - Bookings pages are duplicating themselves. When I deleted one as an admin, both of them are gone. The duplicates occur quite randomly - sometimes on the same day of creation and sometimes after a few days when a reservation was made.
A fix for this issue would be very welcome, one of our departments decided to stop using Bookings because the mess was too much for them. - I am having the same issue. Duplicate booking tiles appear under Shared Booking Pages, but these are not unique booking pages, only copies of the same tile linking to the same page, and they always seem to appear about a day after I create the booking page.
