I have an unwanted duplicate Booking page.. How can I remove it?
- Jul 23, 2023Thanks for reaching out.
Looks like a duplicate entry of the same booking page got created in the list of booking pages.
Both the tiles are pointing to the same booking page - so deleting is not an option.
We will evaluate this and try to provide a fix which removes this duplicate entry.
The solution to the problem of removing an unwanted duplicate booking page in Microsoft Bookings is the same as the solution for deleting a cloned booking page.
To remove an unwanted duplicate booking page, follow these steps:
- Go to the Bookings app in your Office 365 account.
- Click the Calendars tab.
- Find the unwanted duplicate booking page and click the three dots icon next to it.
- Select Delete calendar.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Once you have deleted the unwanted duplicate booking page, it will no longer be visible to your customers.
Here are some additional tips for managing duplicate booking pages in Microsoft Bookings:
- Be careful when creating booking pages. If you create a booking page with the same name as an existing booking page, it will be created as a duplicate booking page.
- If you no longer need a duplicate booking page, delete it. Deleting a duplicate booking page will not affect any bookings that have already been made on the page.
- If you want to create a new booking page that is based on an existing booking page, you can use the Export and Import features in Microsoft Bookings.
I hope this helps

In order to delete Booking pages that you no longer use, you will need to have access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If you refer to my initial reply to H2O there will be a more detailed explanation of what you have to look for to remove an unwanted Booking Page.

Hi H2O,
I am willing to try your solution, but I cannot seem to locate the Delete Calendar or Calendars tab you speak of on the Bookings page. I am using the updated UI, so the page looks like this:
I believe Calendars was renamed to Shared Booking Pages:
However, the 3-dot icon does not have a "Delete Calendar" option.
The solution to removing pages now from what I've researched online is to go into Microsoft 365 Admin Center and delete the user found in the URL of the Booking Page. This has worked for me, and I have been able to remove unwanted pages.
This is the user you would look for on Microsoft 365 Admin Center to delete the Booking Page.
However, the URL for both the duplicate and the original Booking Page that I am addressing are identical, meaning the user that I would have to delete are the same. The calendars are also the same across both of the pages, meaning if an appointment was made on the duplicate, it would also appear on the calendar of the original. These pages are definitely not clones. They are somehow the same page.
Hence, I am concerned that deleting the user will delete both pages rather than only one.It may also be important to note that I did not create this duplicate page. It just appeared one day and as far as I know I am the only user to have Staff access to these pages, so it couldn't have been cloned by another user.
